A couple of shots dipnetting on the Chitina River near Chitina, AK. Dipnetting involves tying ourselves to trees on the bank, tying one end of a fifteen foot net on the shore and tossing in the net which would be swept away if not held tightly.
Pete Stelling, Michele and I readying the nets for the day.
